Plain Plug Gauges are manufactured from graded steel on the basis of relevant IS specification. We manufacture Plug Gauges in sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 250 mm in four types of designs depending on the gauge diameter. 0.5mm to 12 mm reversible type design, 6mm to 40mm taper lock type design, 40mm to 100mm trilock type design & 100mm to 250mm segmented ( plate ) type design. The Plug Gauges are manufactured as per customers request also. We also manufacture the gauges of non-standard designs such as Extra Length, Multiple Diameter, Air-grooves. Pilots. Depth Steps & Relieved Ends etc.
"Advance" hard steel plug gauges are made from special OHNS/En31 with specific thermal treatment including subzero treatment at critical temperature.
Design and Accuracy :
These gauges offer maximum precision, surface quality and dimensional quality. All gauges have replaceable gauge members. Plain Plug Gauges in reversible type design from 0.5 to 12mm, will have additional extension of life by reversing the gauge menber.
